“Heat Wave” Relays
Dear Coach,
We would like to invite you to attend the GCSTC XC Relays. The meet will be held on Saturday, August 17th , 2019 at Spring Creek Park in Tomball, TX. Please find more information about our meet below.
Schedule:
Coaches meeting will start at 7:00 am. The first race will start at 7:30am and all other races will be on a timed schedule in the following order. We will try to stick to this schedule in the interest of allowing the varsity kids to run in the least amount of heat. We will be adding “Water features” over the course to help with the heat.
Rolling Schedule
7:30 am-----Varsity Girls (2 X 3200m) Unlimited
Varsity Boys (2 X 3200m) Unlimited
JV Boys (2 X 3200m) Unlimited
JV Girls (2 X 1600m) Unlimited
9th Boys (2 X 1600m) Unlimited
Awards & Results:
The 10 fastest relays will receive individual medals in each division. Results will be done using RaceTab Software, and will be emailed out, and posted on line after the meet.
Entry Fee:
The race fee is $75.00 per Team (Ex: $75 for all boys teams, and $75 for all girls teams = $150 for entire school). All Proceeds will benefit the association scholarship fund. · Attending school will receive a $10 discount on registration at our annual Track & Field Clinic in January 2019 at U of H for all staff attending.

Email confirmation that you plan to attend to tmcguire1@kleinisd.net You will receive an entry form with instructions. This entry from will be due on the Thursday Prior to the meet, by email only.
