Welcome to the Gulf Coast Scholastic Track Coaches Association Web Page. It is our hope that you will become a member of the association as we continue to improve the education and knowledge of track and field coaches, to honor coaches for their accomplishments and to acknowledge athletes for their accomplishments. Feel free to contact us with any questions and/or suggestions.
We, the members of the Gulf Coast Scholastic Track Coaches Association, are dedicated to the promotion of scholastic track and field in the Greater Houston and Gulf Coast Areas. Our goal is to provide low cost coaches education through annual clinics, recognize the accomplishments of coaches that have come before us through our Ha
We, the members of the Gulf Coast Scholastic Track Coaches Association, are dedicated to the promotion of scholastic track and field in the Greater Houston and Gulf Coast Areas. Our goal is to provide low cost coaches education through annual clinics, recognize the accomplishments of coaches that have come before us through our Hall of Honor, recognize student-athletes with scholarship support and to provide a network for the dissemination of track related information.
The GCSTCA would like to award a $500 scholarship to 1 deserving young man and 1 young woman who exemplifies track and field excellence. This individual must meet the following criteria:
Graduating Senior Class of 2023
Must have a GPA of 2.5 or better
Must have taken SAT/ACT
Have been accepted into a higher education institution
Must plan
The GCSTCA would like to award a $500 scholarship to 1 deserving young man and 1 young woman who exemplifies track and field excellence. This individual must meet the following criteria:

Finished the year in good standing with high school track coach
The Gulf Coast Scholastic Track Coaches Association is an association that is comprised of the Greater Houston Area Track Coaches. These coaches work continuously with other track coaches to better themselves & give back to the area track and field programs.
